First Download all Files to your computer.

Adobe Reader has recently been updated to a new version called Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
Adobe Reader DC can be downloaded for FREE here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

HOW TO OPEN THE TEMPLATE

Open your editable invitation/party printable directly from Adobe Reader. Download the invitation to your computer first, then open Adobe Reader and open the editable template from there eg. FILE, OPEN then find the file on your computer.

Find the downloaded editable template on your computer and select "OPEN".

HOW TO REMOVE HIGHLIGHTED TEXT FIELDS IN ADOBE READER DC

When you first open the editable invitation in Adobe Reader DC, the "editable text" area will be highlighted in blue to show what text can be edited. The blue highlighting will not print out.

If you prefer, you can turn the highlighted text off. To do this simply go to EDIT then select PREFERENCES (on a Mac click on ACROBAT READER and select PREFERENCES). Click on FORMS and untick the “Show border hover color for fields” box. Press OK.

EDITING THE TEXT

All fonts are embedded in the file so you do not need to download any fonts to your computer. Simply highlight the text you would like to change and type your details.

CHANGING THE TEXT SIZE, COLOUR AND STYLE

To change the text size, highlight your text hold down the CTRL (Control) key on your keyboard and click on the letter"E" (or Command+E on a Mac) to bring up the Text Properties toolbar. Change the size on the toolbar.

If you get a little "+" sign at the bottom right of your text box, this means that your text size is too big – you will need to reduce the text size. Also check that there are no additional returns/enters after your text. Go to the end of the text and click on "DELETE" to remove any additional returns.

HOW TO SAVE THE EDITABLE TEMPLATES
When editing is complete, you will need to save the file. Remember you can always make changes to the file at a later date if necessary.

Click on FLIE then select SAVE AS.

Select a folder on your computer to save the file. At this time you can also rename the file. Click on SAVE.
You may also choose to save the file to a USB/Flash drive or external hard drive.
